We are sorry to say,
We are not getting your massive support for your southradios IOS app,
As we have more than 250k active app installs , but not receiving your support through reviews and rating,
Southradios offering live streaming Radio service, apart form our app designs and libraries not even single audio files stored in this app,
it’s a 24×7 live streaming radio app, We have to spend money for studio, internet , electricity , servers, etc to bring this apps to you,
Here we are not asking your financial support, if we not getting support through reviews, We may have to consider about removing our IOS app and terminating IOS related services,

We only need your support as review 
Your review & ratings only boost up our business,

one disappointing thing  is – when our listeners are writing any app-related – technical & quality issues through negative feedbacks – our support team try their best to solve the issues as soon as possible – but not many of us are keen to come back and rewrite their reviews – which is making a huge impact in our business, even when new customers are trying to access our product they will also believe these issues are still not solved,

we are sorry to say, this is not app related issue , it’s related to your phone battery saving setting , or
might be
This issue is related to your IOS Cache ,  please try remove your favourite list / clear your Favorite stations delete your current app, restart your phone – reinstall Southradios – it should resolve the issue.

if this issue is related to your IOS battery optimization setting, Are you aware you are using live streaming radio app, need battery & internet to perform this app. Please turn off battery saving option. Can you please disable battery saving option for Southradios app & close your app , restart your phone – it will work without any issues. Can you please check and confirm ,

Have you turned on lower power mode in your phone? If yes, please disable, – turn off https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT205234#:~:text=To%20turn%20Low%20Power%20Mode,add%20it%20to%20Control%20Centre. To turn Low Power Mode on or off, go to Settings > Battery.

You can also turn Low Power Mode on and off from Control Centre. Go to Settings > Control Centre > Customise Controls, then select Low Power Mode to add it to Control Centre. When Low Power Mode is on, your iPhone will last longer before you need to charge it, but some features might take longer to update or complete. Also, some tasks might not work until you turn off Low Power Mode, or until you charge your iPhone to 80% or higher. Low Power Mode reduces or affects these features: Email fetch Background app refresh Automatic downloads Some visual effects Auto-Lock (defaults to 30 seconds) iCloud Photos (temporarily paused) 5G (except for video streaming) When Low Power Mode is on, the battery in the status bar will be yellow. You’ll see and the battery percentage. After you’ve charged your iPhone to 80% or higher, Low Power Mode will automatically turn off. this is causing the issue, it’s a live streaming app – need battery to work through network routing.
